We've talked a lot about your own naming style when it comes to sib sets, but what style or method did your own parents use on you and your siblings?

I think that my, my brother and my sisters names match but in the popular trendy of the time way.

My brothers name was #12 in popularity for the year he was born,
My sisters was #16
Mine was # 3

Ok, this has nothing to do with baby names, but I'm starting to get very frustrated with my baby's father.
Adelynn is going to be here in 4 weeks, and he still has not told his parents that i am pregnant.
I want to send them to the baby album link from the hospital that I'm going to have her in when she's born, but i'm still not sure.
I dont want to disrespect him, but in the same sense, he STILL hasn't told them.

WDYT? what should i do?

You can see it/vote on it here: http://www.babynames.com/namelist/9529612

Other names that have appealed to me lately, though - other than honouring names - I probably wouldn't use:

Boys:
David (honouring)
Nelsom (honouring)
Conley
Caelestis
Donal
Manfred
Remy
Rhys
Benedict (a bit too-ironic for the child of an American who moved to the UK?)
Dara or Daire

Girls:
Adora (honouring)
Olive (honouring)
Emmeline
Noreena
Vered
Vashti
Zahra

Last, but not least - Keegan - boy or girl name, in your opinion?

Dr. Pepper - a local doctor.

Randy Gardner - it's funnier if you're not American. Anyway, a guy in a Psychological study we looked at in class. There was much giggling.

Arthur Willy - as seen on a memorial plaque on the side of a hospital.

Jenna Tailor - a girl a couple of years a head of me at school.

So we had an ice storm and the whole island is like 5 inches under in ice, so here I am, redoing my baby name list.

BTW, James, Clayton, Tanton, Evelyn and Rachel are family names that are important to me. I am open to any suggestions.

What do you think of Rosin (Roz (like the Wizard of Oz with an R), for a girl?
I'm a cellist, so it has an association to me that I like, and I think it sounds pretty.

Also, is anyone here familiar with Roisin Murphy? Do you know how she pronounces her name?

My cousin is due with my god son in 5 weeks, and her and her fiance have finally settled on a name (well until next week lol).

The name they've chosen is Jay.

Now, it's not my favourite name ever, but for a couple of weeks she was adament she was going to name him Frankie, which i hate. So i'm just relieved she's changed it lol.
The other name she was planning on using was Charlie (just Charlie, not Charles), which i LOVE but she's not so keen on it anymore.

So what are your opinions on Jay? I prefer it just as Jay and not as a nickname..but i know alot of people prefer it to be a nickname.

Hi :) I'm having a baby girl in early June. We have decided that her first name will be Claire, but now I'm having a tough time deciding on a middle name :/ Would you vote for your favorite combinations, please? I am also open to suggestions!!

[Poll #1129728]

I seem to favor A names, apparently lol.. Thank you in advance!
