These are the names I want to name my children someday:

Daughter #1: November Rain
Daughter #2: Delia Song 
Son: Colby/Josiah/Aiden/Cayden Stone (I think Colby is my favourite)

There are so many girls' names that I like, I wish I could have like 19 daughters, but I can't imagine having more than 3 kids at the most!

Other girls' names I really like are: 

Eden, Hadley, Raegan, and Isabel...to name a few.

I'm a girl scout leader, and we have a new girl joining the troop this year whose name is Kiera. Ok, fine. 

Her mother's name, however, is Willow. I'm having the hardest time talking about her and keeping a straight face (haven't met her yet, I'll meet her tonight). I think it's lovely for a baby and for a little girl, but once you're a grown woman with kids of your own...yeah.

Oh, and she lives a street called Moonbeam Court. :)

I was at Wal-Mart today and my cashier's name was Diamond. And my cashier was a boy. I was reading Perez Hilton, and there was a girl named Courtenay. I had never seen that spelling of it before. I was watching Maury and there was a girl named Leha, pronounced the same as Leah.

Thanks for all the advice a few days ago about my stupidity with the Samuel and Nathan/Nathaniel naming problems.

We wound up dropping Nathan/Nathaniel, and are going with Samuel Oliver, because I think Sammy is a way too cute nickname, and if he really hates it when he's older, he can just be Sam and not obliterate me for sticking him with a childish name. ;)

So yeah, little did you guys know, you helped me name my baby, haha. :P

Forgive the brief RANT about bad names.

PLEASE FOLKS...don't name your daughter RAECHAEYL (Rachel) or your son AERYKK (Eric). Please use the spellings in parentheses or something much closer to it.

Did "Hooked on Phonics" not work for you or something? You seem like highly intelligent parents, so what are you ON that you chose such oddball spellings for common names? Do you not realize the difficulties your children will have through life between their teachers and their peers? Maybe if they're smart, when they become adults they'll change it to a better spelling for their sanity's sake.

A mom and her son came into work today. Perfectly normal looking family. I heard her calling "Callum" so I wondered how she spelled. She filled out a form and added her son's name. Pronounce Callum, yes, but spelled Kalyem. What is wrong with some people? It makes me wonder what their train of thought is!

My friends Erin and Nick also threw their son his 1st birthday party last month. His name is Noah Austin. I love the combination! Not only is Austin the dad's middle name, but it's also the title of a country song that means a lot to the couple. Had Noah been a girl, his name would have been Addison Rose--Addison after the address of Wrigley Field.

Kylie, Kirsten, Kendall and Cullen. There last name starts with a hard C.

I like all the girls names separately but I hate it when they all start with the same letter. I despise the name Cullen. It's sounds dirty, if you catch my drift.
