The girl who served me at the supermarket yesterday was called Kescia.

Thoughts? Anyone know how to pronounce it?

I thought it might be similar to Keziah.

Seriously, I came across this sibset. Krystabel and Krystalyn. I like the names but I don't like the spellings. Christabel, Christobel, Crystalyn would be better.

Hola everyone! I joined the other day, and I figured that it's time that I actually post some names that I groove on, instead of just shooting down other names X_x . My husband and I are not yet knocked up, but we're going to start trying next year, and playing around with names is my way of obsessing about it :P . Our last name is Van Buskirk....pronounced like it looks...Van Bus Kirk :D (we hear Vanbuskie a lot...and Vanbruskirk :P ). Our best friend passed away 2 years ago, and we will definitely be incorporating part of his name (Michael Walker) in some form or another, either first or last name- any other forms of Michael that I haven't listed would be much appreciate! Anyway- here's the list!

i was going through stats tests and came across a lyndsey.

my little sister was watching disney channel, and they were interviewing a little girl named jourdan. (all i could think of was why not go all out and say jourdynn...)

and last but not least, i was driving home with a friend who said that if she had twins (boy/girl), they would be justin and justine.

I'm not even close to having children but I thought I'd post my favourite names. I've been obsessed with baby names for as log as I can remember, I've been writing down names I love in an exercise book since I was in primary school. : )

Some might be a bit out there, but I like classic names with a twist.

Girls:
Charlotte Innes
Grace Angelica Celeste
Cassidy Seraphim

Boys:
Christian Noah
Elijah Joseph Joshua
Luca Christopher

WDYT?

EDIT: I'd like to say thanks to everyone for their advice and suggestions. I didn't intentionally set out to use religious names, but I guess they've ended up being the ones I like... I almost certainly won't be having six children though, so it hopefully won't be a noticeable/overpowering theme in reality. : )

Innes is the name of a national park near where I live and so that's the spelling I am used to, but I'll definitely look into the correct spelling if I ever do end up using it.

Thanks again : )

I always find cool/weird/uncommon/WTF names on the house census that I feel that I need to share here.

Stars next to the ones I like (but wouldn't necessarily use).

cut for long list ahead!! )
Anyway, WDYT?

What do you think of these 2 names?

Elinor Delphine
Jasper Mathieu (not some made up version of matthew, it's the french spelling, and i prefer it.)

they've been growing on me lately.
