Krystabel and Krystalyn

Seriously, I came across this sibset. Krystabel and Krystalyn. I like the names but I don't like the spellings. Christabel, Christobel, Crystalyn would be better.

That might be the most unfortunate sibset of all time.

Why would you ever name 2 of your children practically the same name?
And horribly mispelled names at that.

I'm not sure which is worse. And Crystalyn would be just as bad. Christabel *might* be tolerable, but they're all pretty horrendous.

I actually like Christabel, but...Krystabel? Blech. And Krystalyn/Crystalyn looks awful either way. Poor, poor kids.

I like Krystalyn, however not the spelling. My name is Chrystal, so I use Chrighstallin for my handle and E-mail address for Yahoo and a few other accounts I have.

I went to school with a family of African immigrants who had been brought to the US by their church. All the kids had names that started with "Christ" to show their devotion:

I knew Christolonne. He went by Nelson, his middle name.

So many names that are so close! And dumb!
