less than 9 weeks to go.  I thought we had at least decided on the first name.  but now, I'm not feeling so sure. so here I am.  again.   it's  late, so I'm keeping this simple.


Eleanor? Georgia?  thoughts on either.  ok. go.

I agree with what a lot of others have said about Eleanor. I think it has a lot of great nicknames that could be derived from it [Elle, Ellie, Nore, etc.] I've never particularly liked Georgia, as it is a bit too Old South sounding for me, and even being from the South, I don't like those kinds of names. However, if you love both names equally, plan a nickname for both that you like, and decide when you see her. You might feel one way with her in utero, but it may be totally different when you see her little face for the first time. Good luck!

see, therein lies my problem. we had pretty much decided she was Georgia but I hate every mn we've tried. and we've thought up A LOT.
