here (in holland) this name Charmayne seems to be very populair for girls
in my school there is a; Charmayne, Germaine, Chermaine, Shermain and a Sjarmayne all pronounced as; Cher-mà-ne
and i know a boy named Germain
i dont know if i like Charmayne as name
and i dont know what to think about all those ways of writing it.
WDYT?

Date: 2006-10-08 12:56 pm (UTC)unfortunate because i believe it's french & i do so ♥ french names. It's rather like Chantelle, has been adopted by a certain type (god im a snob!) but should be pretty.

This is going to be a poor example, but it would be like saying that Gerry and Sherry were versions of the same name, instead of just names that rhyme.
