a friend of mine had her baby this morning:

Herbert John

WDYT? personally, I don't like it, but I think it could grow on me. it's better than some of these other names out there...

Amy Locane, who starred in CryBaby, has a daughter called Paige Cricket.

A girl I used to work with is pregnant with her first baby, a girl, due on December 20th. She's planning on naming her Noella Bliss. I think I could handle Noelle/Noella Joy, but.....Bliss is a little much for me.

So, I recently transferred colleges, and here are some of the interesting names i've encountered, most of these people are in their twenties, with one or two 18 or 19 year olds sprinkled in, i specified the sexes in italics:

Tatsuhiko (Tatsu) m - he's from japan.
Keegan m
Althea f
Rayne - f said like rain
Malon f
Kaya f
Marius m
Rodrigo m - from Chile
Brooke f

I'm not that into any of the names, I'm kind of up in the air about Keegan and Kaya, I might like them. I'm not sure.
also, my cousin had a baby a while ago, and i just found out his name is Ervin, its after his father, but i still think its a horrible name.

also, i remember reading this name in an article (about the womans society wedding) in Vogue magazine a few years ago:
Celerie
yeah. for reals.

what do you think?

I would like to use Joyce as a middle name for my first daughter in honor of my aunt. I thought of Cordelia Joyce and Kirsten Joyce. I'm very open to suggestions though. What do you think of these and what names do you think would go well? Thanks. :)
