This was in my local paper.  I am assuming the brothers are also twins since their ages are the same.  the comments by people are pretty funny if you decide you want to follow the link.  about it being a (Greek) tragedy amongst others and speculation on what an additional brother's name might be.  :)

Three teens arrested following knife fight
BREWSTER, N.Y. -- Two Brewster youths were arrested following a knife fight at the Brewster Ice Arena early Saturday morning. A third youth, arriving to pick them up after the arrest, was charged with drunken driving.
Aristotle Long, 19, of Brewster, was arrested for attempting to strike a trooper breaking up a knife fight between Long and another youth at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Sophocles Long, 19, was also arrested for interfering with the troopers during the arrest of his brother, Aristotle. Both brothers were arrested for third degree assault after they both struck a subject, causing him to receive 10 stitches. Both brothers were also charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. They were released with an appearance ticket and court date of Jan. 31.
Brendan Barry, 18, of Brewster, was arrested for DWI after he arrived to pick up the Long brothers and was found to be intoxicated. Barry failed sobriety tests and provided a positive breath sample above the legal limit. He was released on traffic tickets with a court date of Jan. 31.

The hubby and I are discussing names (as usual) though babies are not in the near future. You could say we're planners, hahaha. Anyways, we're looking for a Spanish MN for the name Villa. I figured a longer MN would be appropriate, though ending in -a would probably be a bad idea. WDYT?

My cousin had a baby girl this morning!

Her name is Eve Lola

What do you think?

I'm not sure. It's ok but not really my style. I think Lola is kinda tacky and Eve has always sounded a bit "cold" to me. She'll probably go by Evie which is prettier I think.

Hi. I've posted once before, but this is my first wtf? name post.

I was standing in line at Toys R Us today and the woman in line behind me kept singing to her little girl of maybe 6 or 7 "Bella, Bella, Bella Desirella". The tune sounded familiar, but I was assuming she'd changed the words to her daughter's name.
*so*-- Bella Desirella -- Thoughts? I'm hoping against hope the middle name is Desiree or even perhaps Desirella is the last name, as my brother suggested it might be.

*edit* I have a question and didn't want to post a whole new post. How would any of you feel if a close family member used a name similar to your child's, if your child was deceased? My husband's sister is getting married soon and we were talking baby names. She said Roseline was one of the names they were thinking of. I told her, truthfully, that we liked that name too, but wouldn't/couldn't use it as it was part of our daughter's name-- Brenna Rose (2 name first name, Rose is not her middle name). I don't know if she got the hint. What do you think? Disrespectful? A nice way to honor her memory? I just know it would be hard for me to call her by name or if I heard my MIL use the same nickname as my mother had for my daughter. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. And I'm a tired.. my posts get odder when I'm tired.
