I wasn't 100% sure actually because I saw the name written down and had to guess when I called out the name but I did a quick google search to check and I think it either "zhees-LAYN" or "Gilaine"

Maybe someone who is french or dutch could help answer?? hehe

I wouldn't say it as Gillen - the Ghis is automatically associated with the zhees sound in my head.

Guylaine, however, would be Gillen.
