I was at IHOP today and there was this woman there with her little (6 year old?) daughter named Angela. I don't know how she spells it, but it was pronounced an-JELL-uh. I don't know about you, but to me that is just so unnecessary. The poor kid is going to have her name mispronounced throughout her whole life. If I were her I'd just change it to AN-jell-uh when I got old enough to realize how dumb my parents were.

I, for one, agree that it is pretty goddamn stupid to name your child Angela and stress the middle syllable. So I agree with you.
