1. What is your preferred spelling of /Lee/? I always think of Leigh for a girl and Lee for a boy. But I'm sure you could write Li, Lei, Lea, or other possibilities. What seems "normal" to you?

2. How do you feel about nicknames? My husband is a "my name is Daniel, NOT Dan, thankyouverymuch" kind of person. He believes you should name the child what you plan on calling it (if you want to call your kid Tim, name him Tim and not Timothy). I'm on the other side. I wish my name (Sarah) had an obvious nickname, because I think nicknames are friendly and/or intimate. Where do you stand?

3. What do you people DO all day? This is the most active community I've ever been in. ;)

1. Leigh. It's a good friend's name and my sister's middle name. It's just always been the version in my life, lol. I too think of Leigh as the girl, Lee and the boy.

2. I love nicknames. Like you, I think nicknames are friendly, intimate and endearing. Like you, lol, my name is Sarah. I wish it had an obvious nickname, too. My last name (Carnes) has morphed into "Carnzie" over the years, and a few people (including my best friend) call me that. My aunt says Sari (sare-ee) sometimes. But yeah, I'm totalllllly with you on this question.

3. For some reason it's been REALLY active this week. Something's just gotten into us! LOL
