1. What is your preferred spelling of /Lee/? I always think of Leigh for a girl and Lee for a boy. But I'm sure you could write Li, Lei, Lea, or other possibilities. What seems "normal" to you?

2. How do you feel about nicknames? My husband is a "my name is Daniel, NOT Dan, thankyouverymuch" kind of person. He believes you should name the child what you plan on calling it (if you want to call your kid Tim, name him Tim and not Timothy). I'm on the other side. I wish my name (Sarah) had an obvious nickname, because I think nicknames are friendly and/or intimate. Where do you stand?

3. What do you people DO all day? This is the most active community I've ever been in. ;)

1. I agree. I would use Leigh for a girl and Lee for a boy.

2. I adore nicknames. My nieces have helped to create some of mine. I love having nicknames because it makes me feel unique to the person who creates it. I plan on naming my children with names that nicknames are possible. I usually use full names when I mean business.

3. I know I just joined and I love it here.
