What does everyone think about the name Ireland? We seriously considered it for our last baby but ended up having a boy. I'm afraid it will be hard for some people to say, especially old relatives and kids. I hear lots of "Island's" in the future.

I think Ireland would be a beautiful name for a little girl :)
My little one is to be named Lyric.
Also LOVE your icon.My Little Ponies were my heros as a little girl and now grandma is searching auction sites like crazy to find more for my daughter.lol

I think "Irelyn" is cute and unique... I don't like the ending in "land", though. If it's the "Ire" part you like, what about "Briar"

There was a little girl in my class when I used to be an infant teacher, and her name was Lyric. It sounded odd to me at first but I still liked it, I like unique names, and the name really fit her too. Very cute.

yeah, I had to go for something unique and at the same time something that she wouldn't go to school and meet 6 others in her class.lol
I hated that in school.
