What does everyone think about the name Ireland? We seriously considered it for our last baby but ended up having a boy. I'm afraid it will be hard for some people to say, especially old relatives and kids. I hear lots of "Island's" in the future.

I would advise against using a name that was strictly a town name as well.

Naming your kid "Olympia" (WA), ok.
Naming your kid "Chicago" (IL), not so good.

I met a little girl in my store last week named Boston Bean. No joke. She was in with her aunt and she said the parents really liked the name and figured when she got married she'd change it.

thats like Courtney Love & Kurt Cobain naming thier daughter Francis Bean.I don't know what some people think.though theyre gonna do it no matter what.lol
