 Hello. I am absolutely in love with the name Ellie. But I don't want to name her (if in fact it is a girl. I am only 14w3d LOL) just Ellie. I want Ellie for a nickname. Only name I can come up with is Eleanor that can use Ellie as a nickname. My grandmother was Eleanor and while I don't HATE it, I don't love it. My grandmother hated her name and would roll over in her grave if I named a daughter after her! Plus my husband does not like it at all. So help please. What is a name I could use Ellie as a nickname for?

One of the little sisters at my daughter's dance studio is named Ellianna (i'm seriously not sure on the spelling, but it sounds like Ellie-ah-nuh, they mostly call her Ellie. I think its very cute, minus the fact that her older sister's name is Glorianna.
