I recently went to the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. I don't know how many of you know this, but when you go in they give you a little booklet/passport thing that has the story of someone involved in the Holocaust.

My person's name was Erzsebet.

WDYT?

Yesterday I met a mom who had 3 kids, and apparently was a fan of CSI because her kids were named Sarah, Catherine, and Warrick. Sarah and Catherine by themselves wouldn't have tipped me off, but Warrick on top of the other 2 character names? A bit much.

Do you know anyone or have you ever met anyone who had a theme like this in their family?

Milla

Here I am again,.. I know I am posting like everyday, haha, I just can't resist. I've had a serious interest in names for a really long time and now that I'm having a baby I guess I'm going a little crazy with it!

My husband made an interesting suggestion last night: Milla. I love it, I think this may actually be the one (but then again,.. I've said that about alot of names) I picture us calling her Millie, Mimi and obviously Milla.

What do you think?

And if you could please, maybe list another girl and a boy name that would go well with Milla. (Every name I consider for this little girl gets me thinking what I will name future children that will fit well with whatever name it is I'm considering.)

Can you believe its June already?? Here is the link to last month's post: http://community.livejournal.com/baby_names/4080332.html

Sorry I'm a day late, hopefully it didn't make too much of a difference haha.

A sibset I saw at the playground today:

Madelief Azalea (g, about 4 years old - Madelief is the Dutch word for a daisy)
Wolf Winter (b, about 2 years old)

Their mother was about 20 weeks pregnant and that's why we started talking about names (that's how I got to know their middle names). The newborn baby is either going to be named Violet Rose (for a girl) or Hunter (for a boy, middle name was still undecided).

Hm... I smell a theme here and I'm not sure whether or not I like it. The kids were really cute, though :P
