I was just wondering what people thought of the names:

Girl::
Cooper Delilah
Cooper Whittier

Boy::
John Rett
John Trace

The boy would be going by his middle name. In my fiance's family, it's tradition to name the first born son John.

Thanks,
Sam

My name list is quite short, as it only has names that I would actually use, not names that I just think are pretty...

Girls:
Kaliadne
Bethlehem
Aurora
Ivy

Boys:
Willoughby
Quinn
Balthazar

These are my top 3 names for each gender.

Boys:
Ellis Connor
Casey Holden
Graham ____

Girls:
Tatiana Grace

I could use middle name suggestions for Claire and Graham.

WDYT of my names?

I am really liking the name Amelia lately. I know it's a little popular (82 in America according to the ssa site) but I still like it.
My fiance and I have a number one agreed upon name Eleanor Iris (well, we agree on Eleanor and I've yet to find a middle name that goes better than Iris which I quite like and my fiance is "meh" about).

Then my fiance's favourite girl's name combo is Mia (13!)Simone. So we agreed that if we have two daughters the first will be Eleanor Iris (unless we find another middle name) and the next Mia Simone.

BUT I like the idea of using Amelia Simone with Mia as a nick name. What do you think?

I don't know if I can convince my fiance to change his mind from Mia and Amelia though since I already got him to change his mind from Mirah (ew) to Mia. Maybe if I suggest that we use Amelia Simone first. Obviously, this is all academic since we are not even pregnant yet, lol. I just wanted your thoughts. Which do you like better Mia Simone or Amelia Simone?

Also here are other names I like if we end up having a horde of daughters one day:
Sophie
Cordelia

thoughts?

Hello! I've been watching this community for a little while now, and I figured that I would join as a member and well talk about names. I started to watch this community because I write and I'm always in need of names, plus I think making name combinations is pretty fun. I always have to look through baby name books when I'm at the book store, it's a little strange sometimes I guess. I'm going to give a little bit of background on my family and myself, so it's going to be cut, because I like to write and it might get to be a bit wordy.

Just for those who don't want to read what is in the lj cut, I'll put some names here that I like:

Female:
Nevaeh
Lily
Gwenyth Olivia
Angelina
Angelica
Alice
Vivica
Vivian
Gaberiella
Ephelia / Ophelia
Guinevere
Paige
Sarahlyn
Bonnie

Male:
Jacob
Jason / Jayson
Floyd
Thadeus
Geoffery / Jefferey
Franklin
Markus
Clyde
Victor / Viktor
Zander / Xander
Jebidiah

I've recently added Vianne (vee-anne is how I'm pronouncing it) to my list for middle names but am not sure about how to pair it with first names. I kind of like Georgia Vianne but it wouldn't be my first pick. Can you think of any names that sounds good with Vianne in the middle name slot?
