I like Evelyn, pronounced Ev-UH-lin. When I see Vianne, I automatically think Vee-AN, which isn't right, so I don't know how I feel about that one.

I completely agree with you on the Vianne thing. My mother thinks that it could also be mis-read as Vi-AN, which hurts me.

Ev-er-lin? How do you get that from Evelyn? There's no "r" in there..
I do like the name, however, though pronounced Ev-uh-lin.

William Marcus sounds very nice to me.

I actually only put the "er" in there so that people didn't think it was Ev-lin. Apparently "uh" would have been more appropriate.
Marcus is my boyfriends brothers name, while Anthony is my fathers. Neither of us can decide which one will be a middle name and which will be a first name.

It's my mother's first middle name and I adore it. She loathes it with a passion (mostly because its preceeded by Wendy and is followed by Leonie) and thinks that I am insane for liking it.
