My bf and I were thinking about names (yay, I've finally gotten him interested!) and from the long list of possibilities, we wound up with Willow and William.
William is his middle name, which was his grandfather's name. Willow is just pretty. We're also thinking of doing the same as my parents did: giving everyone the same initials.
But, we have no idea what to use as middle names. Suggestions?

Edit:A good point has been made about both having the first four letters the same. What if the two names were middle names instead? Or just one is a mn and the other a fn?

what do you think of garland as a name? i've known a man and a woman named garland. i strongly prefer it for girls though. it's too flowery for boys.

I was just reading a magazine earlier and came across a little girl named, Vienna.

I've never heard it before, and althought not being a fan of using places/countries for names I've fallen in love with it.

What do you guys think? Do you know any Vienna's?

I've been kind of wondering about this name lately. It's not on my list (yet), but I'm starting to like it a little bit more. (And [livejournal.com profile] itcouldbelove, STFU ;) Hahaha, I know what you're going to say!)

I posted a few entries back, see: list

Despite many of the opinions I heard, I am pretty set on the names Audrina & Michael. However, after browsing through some name websites I found Adrina. I can't decide..

Adrina vs. Audrina

I think I prefer Audrina. The only real appeal that Adrina has for me is that its Italian, Audrina is not--as far as I've read. Same pronounciation, does spelling make all the difference? I suppose it does. Also, what kind of NN's are there for a name like Audrina/Adrina?

As for those two names (Audrina/Adrina & Michael)-- I am now on a hunt for middle names. I insist on having 2 middle names for each, that is tradition in my family. For Michael, one middle name must be Scott. The other name I would like to be something Italian.. Like Umberto-- Michael Umberto Scott? Maybe not, does that sound funny? For Audrina/Adrina I think I like Audrina Natalia Marie. But I would like to incorporate my fiance's mothers name (Carla) into the name but having three names ending in A seems odd.

What do you think?
