I was wondering how popular unisex names are these days? I'm female, but my name is Charlie. I was born in 1983. I think unisex names were somewhat popular in the 80s? Although I think Charlie is actually in the top 100 UK girl's names now somewhere. It's not short for anything, although most people assume it is. Anyway, do you know anyone with a unisex name? The only other people I've known with one are girs called Mickey Jo and Jamie.

is the name Gloria too "grown up" for a baby? Any suggestions for a middle name or a first name that Glorida would flow well with as a middle name.

the only two that I can come up with so far that i like (which the husband doesnt like) are:
Gloria Rae
Gloria Laine
Gloria Renee

I'd like to come up with a creative middle name to honor a few people in my life. It can either be a male or female middle name. Here are some names that I am considering using for the middle name (middle names are included if I know them):

Alyssa Jeane
Jeanette Mavis
Vernon
Eva
Debra Lynn
Todd Kevin
Linda
Marcia
Manning (is a last name)
Kuglin (is a last name)
Klein (is a last name)
Amanda Mae
Josh
George
Paul Wellstone (hey, he's my idol )
Bree

Here are some of my ideas:
Mae-Lynn or Maelin (Mae and Lynn or Lin from Linda or Kuglin)
Braddin (last part of Debra, two T's from Todd and in from Kuglin or Kevin)
