I pronounce them completly differently, and class them as different names!

In my experience, Sara is generally pronounced like Sarah, while Sarra is pronounced SAA-raa.

Well, where I am [England/Wales] Sara is pronounced to rhyme with car-a and Sarah rhymes with air-ah.
