If you HAD to have a sibset of names from one particular country or culture...what would you pick?

Please feel free to comment on my sibset also

Mine would be Irish...not only b/c I am 3/4 Irish but I think they have great names.

Boys:
Bradan
Eamon
Rian/Ryan
Rory
Sean
Seamus
Tadhg (pn tie-guh..like Tiger without the -er)

Girls:
Anya
Alana
Caoimhe/Keeva/Keva - (pn Key-vuh)
Cara
Niamh/Neve - (pn Nee-v)
Neila/Neela (pn Nee-lah)

I'd probably go with either Hebrew or Irish names. I prefer the Anglicanized spellings of the names, though, just because I don't live (or plan to live) in heavily Jewish or Irish areas, so the traditional spellings of names might be really hard for people to pronounce.

Hebrew:
Asher, Ezra, Noah, Isaac
Rachael, Hannah, Abigail, Judith

Irish:
Seamus, Liam, Brendan, Patrick
Eileen, Caitlin, Molly, Rosaleen,

By the way, I LOVE the names Ryan, Sean, and Seamus for boys, and Neve, Neela, Cara, and Anya for girls. I think I'd like Tadhg better if it was spelled Teague, which I saw on a list as the Anglicized version of the name. I mean, I know some people feel really strongly about not using the alternative spellings, but I think it would be way easier to pronounce it if you don't live in Ireland.

Irish, for sure, since I'm Irish, and most of my favourite names are Irish.

Russian. For boys, anyway: Nikita, Dmitri, Alexis, and Sasha.

I like Natasha, Anastasia, and Tatiana somewhat.

I'm Dutch, but most of my fave names are English, Hebrew or Gaelic names...so it'd be one of those...
So...
April & Peyton (English)
Sadie & Liam (Hebrew)
Logan & Maeve (Gaelic)
something like that =)

I love Irish names too, great choices (Anya is Russian though, unless you mean it as an Anglicised version of Aine) :)

Hmm mine would be Welsh ...
Bronwen, Carys, Meredith, Seren
Dylan, Griffin, Morgan, Rhys

For my girls, I would love French names. And not the English equivelant, actual French. For boys, I like Gaelic and Dutch names.

Girls: Amélie, Louise, Joséphine, Élise
Boys: Ian, Reed, Gavin, Adrian, Julian

I love Welsh names (but I suppose I'm biased what with being Welsh and everything).

I'd probably go for Carys or Catrin for a girl and Geraint for a boy.
