It seems to be harder with men, as the names are more durable, but Norman, Leslie, Malcolm, Jimmy, Howard, Frank. I think the women's names are easier to pinpoint to a specific era, though.
When I think retro, I'm more likely to think the 80's... So Jennifer, Amanda, Melissa, Jessica, those kinds of names, for girls. Maybe Kimberly. Pretty much the names of me and all my friends >.
Pamela, Meredith (or it used to be before Grey's Anatomy), Deirdre, Maureen, Kerry... I'm just trying to think of all the middle-aged women I work with at the library!
