My dad used to work for a radio station as a DJ. He used to have a segment about horrible baby names in our community. He still keeps up with the names and emails them to me monthly. Here are the most recent names to the hospital (and some of his comments about them)

These were just all the baby names that weren't "John" or "Joe". I dont think that he meant this peticular list to be all horrible names.

my daughters name is Aislinn (pronounced Ashling) and I have been asked if it is pronounced "Icelyn". I know I gave her a name that will give her grief, but at least it is a REAL name it's just a crazy Irish one!

I think the parent was probably thinking "Dynasty" not "Die nasty." Which is still horrible.

Also, a lot of these names seem to be African-American. I think that there could be cultural meanings behind some of these choices. Anyway, they don't bother me as much as Maddysen or Kayle.
