Date: 2007-03-22 07:19 pm (UTC)my mom and i are down to bribing my fiance to get the name. apparently, if we buy him an apple iPhone when it's released, i can name her Harper. sooo sad...my baby's daddy is a total geek nerd.

Date: 2007-03-23 01:06 am (UTC)Ada- very pretty alternative to Ava.
Ántonia (ann-tah-NEE-uh)- well the pronunciation seems a little off to me, I don't think you could get away with it unless you were from wherever that dialect is from.. I do like the name though.
Aurelia- Adore.
Elizabeth- boring.
Fleur- Pretty, but I like most things french.
Hadley- Way too masculine.
Harper- Again, too masculine. Reminds me of harpooning Whales.
Louisa- I prefer this to Louise, but then I absolutely detest Louise, I love Eloise though. Odd,
Scout- eh read another book!
Willa- don't like.
Boys:
Ashley- So chavvy, common.. ergh
Atticus- A bit OTT, again.. bored of the TKAMB references.
Bennet- don't like
Finn- like
George- don't like
Nicholas- don't like
William- hate
