Two middle names?

Im tossing around the idea of two middle names, because I just can't decide on one, and I'm curious as to how it would affect my baby as far as standardized tests and other paperwork goes. I know that there is usually one spot for a middle initial, and I would assume that the first middle name would be in that spot. But if he didnt like that middle name could he use the other instead? Any feedback would be great, btw.

my dad has two middle names but he only uses the first one. it is just like the second middle name doesnte exists.

but i like the idea of two middlen names.
