Accent marks

What's your opinion on including an accent mark in your child's name?

For example:

Zoë
František
André

Too much bureaucratic trouble (likely to be misspelled or not fit in standardized forms)? Too pretentious? Or totally reasonable, because you're just spelling it properly?

Do accent marks make it onto the official birth certificate?

Zoë is one of the names my fella and I like for our hypothetical future daughter, and I intend to use the accent mark. I think it looks lovely, and it's the proper spelling (though that doesn't seem to hold much weight nowadays). Anyway, I'm all for accent marks where they belong.
