I've thought of a name for my baby, (for a baby girl at least). Still thinking of a name if its going to be a baby boy :) 

If my baby is a baby girl, she will be Jev Alexandra Kahrise.

what do you think?

I really don't like it... I'm sorry. I don't understand why the baby can't have it's own unique, individual name and perhaps have a middle name to honour his/her father (that's just my opinion)? Jev is a nickname, you said it yourself... sure it sounds cute on a baby, but beyond that? You like Kahrise - I was going to suggest "Carys" (it's Welsh "to love"). The female variant of Jervis is Gertrude... I don't know your feelings on that. Is there any other way you can name a child after him without using his own name? For example, a middle name, an important family member to him, perhaps a name from a song you both love, or even a name that has a meaning that's important to him or both of you ? There are SO many ways to honour someone with a name without just using their first name.
