For me (my name being Tamsin), my mum read it in a book when she was in her teens and pictured the name on a little golden-haired girl. My sister was born, with red hair, and then after came me! Oh, and my name means 'twin'. Which is quite possibly the most boring meaning ever.

Date: 2006-10-15 06:38 am (UTC)i was the only girl and i had to be named a J name because i have 4 brothers with j names and my mom is joyce and my dad is jerry. So it was Jane or jezebel. thank goodness.
