i dont know either but i would pronounce it like elise but with a longer ee sound.
like ee-lee-s. if that makes any sense at all. im thinking of the name elie (as in the author elie wiesel), which is pronounced ee-lee.

I think it's probably pronounced the same way as Elise, because Anneliese and Annelise are pronounced the same way.
