There's a girl in my choir class named Caiyghtealynne, pronounced CAY-tee-uh-lynn. The name it's self isn't too horrific, if it were spelled Katialyn or something, but that spelling is terrible.

All I can say is AT LEAST it's not pronounced "Caitlin" because then that "ea" in the middle would be extra annoying!
