Anyone like the name Mikaelyn? said (M-KAY-LIN) not sure of the spelling, as this name just popped up into my mind outta no where lol or even Mikyla (again.. not sure on spelling, but said like M-KAI-LAH)

Dislike it. Michaela is the original spelling of the name, all the Makayla/Mikala/M'Cayler stuff is just phonetic disintegration. Bad move. Mikyla, as you've written it, would be pronounced mih-kye-la. Not the effect you're going for, I suspect. Mikaelyn is closer, phonetically, but looks like two names got mashed together and couldn't be disentangled.

My sister named my niece Mikayla, and I tried to gently nudge her toward Michaela (which I think is a nice name, personally) but she decided to butcher it instead. *sigh*
