Before I moved to Hell...ehhh, I mean Georgia....I lived in a small college town (2 colleges...MTU and FU. I attended FU)....

At any rate...some of these college kids come up with....well, unusual names! I've entered a few of the more interesting ones

* I'd always considered these first names boys names. So, it struck me as unusual to see them as girls names

I didn't mean I hadn't heard Lillian used as a girls name, I meant Reese. And no, at the time I was typing it, I did not think of Reese Witherspoon.

Nevaeh is Heaven spelled backward. It's apparently a very "up and coming" name thanks to some rock star giving his daughter the name.

As for Velicity? I don't know. Maybe she really liked the show Felicity, but didn't want people to know?

Ah, heh, ok, I just kind of glossed right over that. This is what happens when I comment right after waking up. ;)

I've heard Nevaeh a couple times before and about the rock star connection. It's definitely among my least favorite of the newer trends.

I'm just confused by Velicity, because I really, really like Felicity. Why the V?
