Aug. 26th, 2006 10:35 pmSo I just struck a bargain with my boyfriend.
He loves loves loves the name Mirah with Miriam (after his mother) as the Hebrew name counterpart.
I said okay if our first born is a girl we can name her Mirah if I get to choose the name of our next daughter. He said it couldn't be something he hated so I went through Hebrew baby name books and there were 4 names he agreed to.
So I get to choose between, Leah (pron. Lay-ah, I know some people don't like that pronunciation, oh well), Naomi (Nay-oh-mee), Kezia (Kehz-ia) and Sadie (Say-dee Hebrew name would be Sarah).
so which one do you like the best?
Leah
Naomi
Kezia
Sadie
