Interesting. Since Mohammed is #36 for boys ... what do Muslim parents name their daughters? Just traditional Norwegian names and not Arabic/Islamic ones?

There are a lot of arabic/islamic names that they name their daughters, although some do use variations of more common names like Sahra, Selma or Yasmin, but as far as I know there's not one particular girl name that they use more than others and therefore they don't end up in the top 40. Mohammed is the most common name for boys amongst at least the Norwegian muslim population which is why it ends up in the top 40.
