Okay, based on a convo I just had with
grypx...
How do you pronounce Sarah? It happens to be my name. I thought it was just a standard, normal pronunciation, but apparently not.
I have always heard it (my whole life and referring to anyone else with the name) as sair-uh - the first syllable rhyming with hair.
You?

Date: 2006-08-24 03:11 am (UTC)Also, the Meghan/Megan thing. I pronounce them both Megg-ann, but some say Mee-gann, regardless of spelling, and I know one Mee-gann who spelled it Megan and insisted that Meghan is Megg-ann and Megan is Mee-gan.
I *loathe* the Mee-gan pronunciation, and Megg-ann is boring.
