I love Ksenya... one of my best friends in high school was named Ksenia. I also like Olivia and (to an extent) Sienna.

How do you pronounced Ksenya?

It's a form of Xenia, so it sounds the same except with a S sound at the front...like Sen-yah kind of.

I grew up in a Russian area so I heard a few people with that name before. Usually I hear the name pronounced with the K sound first, like K'sen-yah
