Middle name suggestions....what else?

I'm looking for a middle name for Esme. Aside from no creative spellings, anything else goes. It can be kooky, out there, classic, romantic, hippy, trendy, popular, any origins. Since it starts with a vowel the middle name can start with any letter. Any amount of syllables. So basically just let your imaginations run rampant!


Esme is going to be our new back up name replacing every other name on the previous list except for Elsa Fleur which is still our top pick. The others are out for various conflicting reasons. Sophia could be used as a middle name now. But that would be all I have so far. Please, may your lists run long! And as always, thank you! <3 

P.S. In case you haven't seen my last name plastered all over previous posts the name would read out Esme _______ Gibbons.

I love Josephine, Charlotte, and Patricia (my mother's name) but maybe as Patrice instead. If it's gender neutral (sort of)then it covers a couple family members should I go that route. Thanks!!
