Just as my niece (Abbey Joelle) is turning a year old, we get the big news that there are two more on the way! Come April, I will have a new niece and nephew.  Eerily enough, they are due on the same day.

Annalise Nicole (big sister is Abbey)

Conner Dale

Thoughts?

Annalise is a lovely name though for me I'm not loving it with Nicole. Conner is lovely too. Abbey is probably one of my favourite names :D

I'm not a fan of any of the names. I would like Conner if it was Connor though.

I like all of them. I like that spelling for Abbey. I rather prefer the Annaliese and Connor spellings but nice names nonetheless.

I like Annaliese Nicole. The syllables flow really nicely.

Everytime I see Annalise (in any variant spelling), I think Anal Eeze. The numbing anal lubricant. Yeah. I couldnt name a child that. But Abbey and Conner are fine names. Is Abbey her full name or a nickname? I've never been a fan of giving a child a nickname as a name, so I'd go more for Abigail nn Abby.

It's not pronounced anything like Anal Eeze.

I know that. I'm just saying that's how it works out in my head. It's a perfectly acceptable name.

I only think of that because one of my husband's friends brought it up when his wife said she liked Annaliese as a name for their daughter a few years back, ever since then, a perfectly good name, ruined by a dude who can't keep his mind out of the gutter.

I dislike Dale. I prefer the spelling Anneliese, but it's still an excellent name.

I like all of them, actually! I do prefer the Connor spelling, though.
