I automatically think Bear Grylls and he is really hot and fun and all, but I still think his name is silly. It's not as bad if it's a nickname, I'm just not fond of the sound (it makes me tongue-tied a little). It would be awkward for a girl, to me, just because "big, hairy and feroucious beast" doesn't compute well with my idea of feminine (my animal of choice in that case would be Bunny)
