Camille here (in French Canada) is actually pronounced very differently like "Camiye". I don't think it sounds old at all, but Camille with the "l" sounding as "l's" kinda does. I guess my only reference with Olga is this young person I once met and she was lively and beautiful and free spirited and that's the image that I get.
