Has a person you've known or a fictional character ever destroyed a name for you?

For instance, I think I would really love the names Forest and Ernest if I didn't immediately think of Gump and Scared Stupid.

I should clarify...I LOVE the film Forest Gump, but I worry about naming a child Forest and hearing "Run, Forest, run!" for his whole life. Or, God forbid, if he had a disability of any kind, it would make him even more susceptible to teasing.

eh. It's a pretty old movie... I think kids would miss the disability connection by then. Run, Forest, Run, will probably NEVER get old, though!
