SO issues

ok so ladies--- what do you do when you finally start narrowing down your list of names and then your SO turns down almost every single one of them???
Every time i start to fall in love with a name he's like "no"
I mean I feel like i should be able to name one boy and one girl anything i want b/c i compromised and said the first boy and girl are names he and HIS family like....
I like them ....now.. but i would have NEVER chosen these names on my own... none of them were even on my list---ever!!!

mine is so the same way. when I was pregnant w/my daughter, I'd throw names at him every day. and sometimes he'd say a name was ok, then the next day, decide he hated it. So I felt like I couldn't get attached to a name since he'd go and ruin it five minutes later. after he'd veto every name I'd say, "how about Amelia" which was my favorite & the one he said he hated more than words could say (supposedly) and he'd get mad.

my daughter's name is Amelia...

I've heard that there's really nothing they can do but give in when you are squeezing the crap out of their hand & screaming at them during labor. it's the least they can do. :)

I'd put my foot down though this time if I were you esp considering he already got to pick two...
