I love the sound of it, and I think it is slowly climbing my ranks...but are the connotations too tragic and strong? In America at least, the name is hardly ever used...the Shakespeare connection is probably too strong. But its such a lovely name!

I put it on my list and my husband quickly vetoed it. I think it's quite pretty though, despite the connotations.

Ditto! It was on my list before we knew we were having a boy, but my hubby vetoed it because "it's depressing".

Mine said no just because of it's from Shakespeare, I don't even think the depressing connotation was his problem. I believe he vetoed Juliet for the same reason. So, Shakespeare is a no go, but Stephanie Meyer is a-ok LMAO.
