Name change?

Hello everybody. I want to change my first name, but I need a little help finding one that suits me. My given name is Karen Alyssa. I only go by Alyssa. If someone calls me Karen, I cringe. It doesn't fit me in the slightest. It's too serious and I need a name that is kind of...not. I need a name that is not serious, that's kind of fun, and suits my quirky personality.

Alyssa can be my first or middle name, it doesn't matter to me.

Also, my last name is two syllables and ends in -y.

And, I understand the hassles of changing your name. I'm not going to just jump into it. I'm going to give it some serious thought, because I don't want to regret it later.

I know of someone who will be having a baby girl named Alyssa Kate, so that's the first name that popped into my head. :)

Alyssa Kate is what I thought of too, but I've been really into Kate lately. Lol.
