I'm curious:

What are your pets' names?
How about your beloved inanimate objects?

For a community of name lovers, those of us without children have to name something, right? :) My car is Roka and my old computer was Alexander. My fish have all been named after explorers: Magellan, Sir Francis Drake, etc. I just got a new computer so I'm looking for a strong-sounding Swedish male name, if you'd like to suggest something.

my cat is named Maurice.
my husband has a beta fish and two snails at his work, which are Beta.Net (fish), and the snails are named AVG and Norton. Beta.Net is blue & red, AVG is grey/black, and Norton is yellow.

if you want stories as to why they're named what they are, just ask! lol

oh, and as far as nicknames are concerned, my cat also answers to Mo, Reese, Reesey, Momo, kittyface, fatass, Mo-reesey, cat, little man, handsome man, and love of my life. hahah

hahah, it's even funnier because my hubby is a programmer/apps dev. working w/.NET and all that jazz :P i think his fish/snails have the best names i've ever come up with!! hahah
