Giz-LANE, rhymes with "biz" is how I've heard it.

It's a french name... but sometimes I need people other than my husband to talk me down from my unusual name ideas haha.

I worked with someone of middle eastern ethnicity who was named Ghislaine. She pronounced it Giz-lan, rhymes with "biz" and rhymes with "bon".
