I've always loved the name Quinn. I really like Quinn Rose. I feel like you wouldn't be able to use Isabella/Elizabeth/Victoria, etc because it sounds too much like Queen Isabella/Elizabeth/Victoria, etc.
I think it's cute, probably the cutest of the gender neutral names for girls. I know an adult (~30) female Quinn and she is awesome. I also know a few little Quinns, both boys and girls, and it suits them all well. I agree with previous posters, I like Quinn with a longer and more feminine middle.
I think it should be paired with a really feminine middle name that is a little longer. I would advise against Victoria, Elizabeth, etc. because of that "Queen Elizabeth" sound.
Quinn used to be on boys a lot, so I always associate it with said gender. I used to love it, but since it has gotten popular [on girls]...I don't really like it much anymore. =/
I really like Quinn. I like it more as a middle name though but that is probably just because I could not find a middle name tat sounded right with it.
