Jun. 28th, 2006 07:13 pmOne of my mom's best friends had a baby girl today and named her Rachel Brianne. I'm not sure of the spelling yet, but I'm going to assume they didn't go with anything too "strange" or "different." I know there are different ways to spell both of those names, so I'm just guessing. Apparently both names are family names. I think it's a really cute name, though nothing I would never name my future daughter(s). What do you guys think?
Also, I know a guy who is having a baby boy, who may have been born today, as well, actually, because the guy missed class. Anyway, I asked him yesterday what they were naming their son and he said Charles Marion, though I'm not sure about the middle name. Is Marion a boy's name? I always thought of it as a girl's name, but I don't know how you spell it really. Babynames.com says it is a unisex name, but that it originates from Mary and Anna... both female names. I don't really like the name in general. I like Charlie, but more for a girl than a boy. And I don't like Charles and I don't like Charles with Marion with it... Any thoughts?
