I adore Callum and Lenore (and Lenora, Leonore, Leonora, etc) and I like Louisa as a mn (I really dislike Lou as a nn, so I would personally use it as a mn).

Yeah, I don't think I could do the Lou nn either so I figure it would probably be a middle name.
